We submit the required paperwork for the journey.

Our staff personally travel with the ashes, carried as personal checked baggage which means they are secure and accompanied at all times.
We deliver the ashes to their final destination.

FINAL
DELIVERY

We make personalised delivery at a place and time that we have pre-arranged with the receiver.

Proper ID checks are completed before releasing the ashes at the destination.

If appropriate, we might stay a short while with the recipient (maybe for a cup of tea) because receiving the ashes of a loved one is never easy.
